Who are you?

As an Operations Manager, you coordinate the work and ensure that we deliver high quality to the customer. You lead and work with your team to achieve good results and build strong relationships through close collaboration with both colleagues and customers.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Responsible for daily coordination and management of the group's operations
• Partly working with admin and workplace safety issues as these are important to us
• Ensure a professional and satisfactory delivery to the end customer
• Lead and coach employees in daily operational work
• Follow up on quality and actively work with contract monitoring

What do we seek in you?

• Several years of experience in the Outdoor Environment industry
• A completed outdoor environment education or equivalent competence, e.g., Tcyk or equivalent
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B
• Good computer skills in Office 365 and comfortable with digital tools
• Leadership experience
• Facility competence is a merit

As a person, you have the ability to build a successful team that works together to achieve set goals. We see that you are a self-driven and structured person who takes initiative. You should find it easy to steer, plan, and direct the operations in the right direction. You need to be communicative and have a high customer focus, able to juggle many tasks at once and have an easy time collaborating. You have the ability to work under high tempo in a dynamic and changing environment.

About the position

• Working hours: Monday-Friday 7-16
• Start date: By agreement
• Probationary period: 6 months
